      ✔ SMM Panel Rental and white-label reseller services
      ✔ API access for third-party integrations
   

   

All services are delivered automatically. Delivery times vary by service. SMMHub.in does not guarantee that delivered services will remain permanently on any social media platform.

 

 
 
   

3. Account Registration & Security

   

When creating an account on SMMHub.in, you agree to:

   

      ✔ Provide accurate and truthful registration information
      ✔ Maintain the confidentiality of your account password
      ✔ Not share your account with any other person
      ✔ Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment & Billing

   

All prices on SMMHub.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you agree to the following:

   

      ✔ All payments are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy
      ✔ Balance added to your account cannot be withdrawn as cash
      ✔ Balance can only be used for purchasing services on SMMHub.in
      ✔ We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other available payment methods
      ✔ Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction
      ✔ SMMHub.in reserves the right to modify prices at any time
   

 

 
 
   

5. Prohibited Uses

   

You agree NOT to use SMMHub.in for any of the following:

   

      ❌ Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws and regulations
      ❌ Violating the Terms of Service of any social media platform
      ❌ Harassing, abusing, or harming any individual or group
      ❌ Spreading misinformation, hate speech, or harmful content
      ❌ Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
      ❌ Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities
      ❌ Reverse engineering or copying our platform or services

6. Limitation of Liability

SMMHub.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect our platform and users. 10. Governing Law & Contact
